Asked Questions

  • Per the Washington State Covid 19 Mask Mandate, all guests will be required to wear face coverings before entering the spa.
  • In addition, Covid 19 Intake Forms will need to be signed, temperature checks and hand sanitizing are also required before entering the spa.
  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us by phone more than 48 hours before your reservation.
  • Please do not email to cancel an appointment. A cancellation fee of at least 50% of your service price will be charged for a late cancellation.
  • Failure to cancel a reservation will result in a full charge of the service price for the missed appointment. This policy allows others to enjoy our services.
  • You’ll need a credit card or gift certificate at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Your credit card is encrypted in our remote booking system and is only accessed in the event of a missed appointment.
  • Due to our limited lobby capacity guests will be required to wait outside under our newly heated, covered entrance until you are received for your appointment. 
  • If you’re returning for the first time since Covid-19, or a brand new client, please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to appointment to fill out Covid-19 intake forms.
  • For all returning guests allow yourself time to find parking and come to our outside waiting area right before your scheduled appointment time.
  • If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to allow the therapist to be on time for his/her next client.
  • To preserve a peaceful experience for everyone, cell phone use is not permitted.
  • Your comfort and well-being are very important to us. Before receiving your service, please let us know about any special needs or medical conditions, medications, pregnancy, injuries, allergies or disabilities.
  • Talking with your spa therapist will help customize your service to ensure maximum enjoyment and benefits.
  • We have specific guidelines for serving minors (clients under age 18).
  • In addition, in order to create a serene and relaxing environment for all clients, we request that children not enter the spa unless the child is receiving a service and meets the service age requirements.
  • Waxing, facial treatments and nail services, including tinting: must be 13 years or older.
  • Massage and body treatments: must be 18 years or older.
  • Clients under 18 must have a parent’s or guardian’s signature on our intake form.
  • We make every effort to update our website and make you aware of price changes in advance, but prices are subject to change without notice.
