CANCELLATION POLICY

A.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us 48 hours before your reservation. A cancellation fee of 50% of your service price will be charged for a late cancellation. Failure to cancel a reservation will result in a full charge of the service price for the missed appointment. This policy allows others to enjoy our services. You'll need a credit card or gift certificate at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

We suggest you plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment to allow time to look for parking and fill out any forms.

If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to allow the therapist to be on time for his/her next client.

Your comfort and well-being are very important to us. Before receiving your service, please let us know about any special needs or medical conditions, medications, pregnancy, injuries, allergies or disabilities. Talking with your spa therapist will help customize your service to ensure maximum enjoyment and benefits.

AGE REQUIREMENTS & CHILDREN

We have specific guidelines for serving minors (clients under age 18). In addition, in order to create a serene and relaxing environment for all clients, we request that children not enter the spa unless the child is receiving a service and meets the service age requirements.
AGE GUIDELINES
• Waxing, facial treatments and nail services, including tinting: must be 13 years or older.
• Massage and body treatments: must be 18 years or older.
• Clients under 18 must have a parent's or guardian's signature on our intake form.
